Lytehouse Studio Welcomes Dev Hynes’ Blood Orange For His Latest Music Video Shoot
We recently had the pleasure of hosting Blood Orange at our studio to shoot his latest music video “Hope” (feat. Puff Daddy & Tei Shi), the fourth song off his 2018 album Negro Swan. The opening scene features a skit in which a lovers’ quarrel takes place while Hynes walks passed unbothered and unconcerned. This was actually shot on the sidewalk right outside our building.
Another powerful scene shot in our industrial studio, shown in the picture below, features Alton Mason delivering a soulful dance performance to the song’s opening verse.
Our stages are perfect for music videos and film productions of any scale. Our facility offers 7,000sf of production space, in-house lighting, grip, and electric, as well as theatrical lighting, staging, audio, and video projection systems!
Check out the finished video, including some more behind the scenes shots below!
